An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to work within the Estates Department, which is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the College. The team are a dedicated customer focus team at the hub of College life providing a range of services from security, postal services, administering first aid, or setting out a conference room. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, excellent customer care skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, and a ‘can do’ mentality. The successful applicant must be a team player and willing to learn new skills.
The shift pattern is as follows:
Based at the Warrington campus, 37 hours over a 3 week shift pattern
1 week of mornings
2 weeks of afternoons/evenings and including weekend work every 3 weeks.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence with D1 category on it, or be willing to obtain a D1 category within 6 months.
