Primary Purpose: The Partnerships Marketing Assistant will champion the day-to-day running and execution of Marketing strategies, uniting the magic for our Tapestry European Retail & Outlet Business for Wholesale, Marketplace and third-party partnerships. As a crucial member of the Partnerships team and brand ambassador, you’ll focus on driving brand awareness, consumer-centricity and commercial results. You will support in delivering end-to-end Marketing initiatives specifically designed & bespoke to Tapestry brands’ leading European partners across brand storytelling, community building, full-funnel media, special projects, experiential, in-store animations and work across commercial and cultural insights. This role will report directly to the Partnerships Senior Marketing Manager.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Marketing to:
1. Support with the execution of the Partnerships Marketing Strategy and approach, ideation of new initiatives and strategic thinking.
2. Create and nurture new relations with external partners serving as a brand ambassador, and unlock new innovative opportunities.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on the planning, execution and syndication of Marketing plans across Marketing & PR, Wholesale Sales, Marketplace, Retail & Outlet Buying, CEX, CRM & Ecommerce.
4. Lead the creative briefing process with Global teams, external agencies and partners ensuring deadlines are met and managed.
5. Manage and coordinate Partnerships Marketing administration needs, campaign requirements and presentations.
6. Plan and support budget management and partner invoicing throughout fiscal year.
7. Support in developing inspiration and insight, with competitor analysis across creative and cultural activities and trends to help inform brand strategies.
The accomplished individual will possess:

9. Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
10. Experience of working with U.S based head office.
