About the opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Business Partnering & Change to strengthen the brand, trust, and confidence in P&C Business Partnering by delivering high-impact workforce and organisational development strategies. In this key leadership role, you will: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning P&C strategies with organisational goals. Lead a customer service-oriented approach to business partnering, ensuring leaders receive proactive, solutions-focused P&C support. Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce. Provide expert guidance on managing change, enhancing leadership capability, and improving performance. Champion a collaborative and responsive culture, ensuring the Business Partnering team delivers timely, high-quality support to stakeholders. Implement strategies that improve ways of working, ensuring P&C is seen as a trusted and strategic enabler of the University’s success. About you You are a proven P&C leader with deep expertise in organisational change, talent management, and workforce planning. You bring: Demonstrated experience in driving change initiatives, especially organisational development, and performance improvement. A strong understanding of Employment Relations, with experience navigating complex workplace matters, providing expert ER advice, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. A strategic mindset, with experience aligning P&C strategies with broader business goals. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and develop senior leaders and P&C teams. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, particularly at an executive level. A passion for creating a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
