Job Title: Service Team Leader
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Competitive Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week - 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (with one-hour unpaid lunch) with 1 late night finish at 18:30 per week, Saturdays 08:00-14:00 on a rota basis
Our client, a well-established and successful Motor Dealer Group, is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Service Team Leader. The Service Team Manager is responsible for every aspect of a customers After Sales experience. The main purpose of the role is to maximise workshop profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction.
Essential Skills Required:
1. High levels of attention to detail and highly organised.
2. Background in a similar role within the automotive industry.
3. Knowledge of using Kerridge automotive computer system is essential.
4. Experience of anticipating and understanding customer needs and demands.
