About the Role
Oversee all aspects of Psicon’s HR service to ensure a productive, engaged and high performing workforce. The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner to Executive Management, mapping and aligning HR strategy business objectives.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Be a visible and active participant in the Senior Leadership Team, driving delivery of the people agenda.
* Manage the HR Team, actively developing team members to ensure effective team competencies to support a scaling business.
* Oversee effective management of employee relations issues. Lead on mediation and workplace conflict resolutions.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication, collaboration and engagement initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement practices to support a thriving company culture.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations and company policies.
* Develop, update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Identify training and development needs, coordinating and/or facilitating appropriate learning opportunities.
* Monitor workforce trends and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Person Specification
* Proven experience overseeing a fast-paced HR operational service.
* Strong expertise in employment law, compliance, employee relations, and recruitment.
* Proficient in managing benefits, performance management, and training programs.
* Skilled in fostering company culture and driving employee engagement.
* Strong HR analytics skills and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
* CIPD Level 7 (preferable).
