Job Description:
The Regional Manager is a key leadership role and is responsible for leading a team of Property Managers to deliver high quality Property Management services to our clients. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
To effectively lead and develop a team of Property Managers, ensuring each of the Property Managers within the team are working effectively, identifying training requirements and implementing change as required
Carry out development audits as necessary to ensure Chaneys responsibilities are met
Manage a small number of key Chaneys client accounts, to include client meetings attendance
Manage performance effectively, recognising and rewarding good performance and ensuring poor performance is resolved effectively within a timely manner
Ensure all monthly and quarterly reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Effectively manage the customer relationship in the event of issue escalation
To liaise with the accounts department to ensure that the team are providing accurate financial management for their developments
To ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is understood and adhered to by the property manager team, ensuring safety and compliance is treated with the high priority it deserves
To actively source new business opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Must have previous experience in a managerial position
Ideally MTPI qualified (or must be willing to work towards)
Must have experience in the residential property management sector
A proven track record in customer service
Must have a full UK driving license (maximum 6 points)
Effective client handling skills
Must have good negotiation skills and attention to detail
A proven track record of budgeting and account management
An understanding of leasehold property legislation
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
