* Plan, develop and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences to learners aged between14-19.
* You will prepare and organise teaching sessions effectively constantly ensuring that all learners are well engaged and progressing through their course successfully.
* Use excellent classroom management, communication, and IT skills to liaise effectively with learners and colleagues
* Keep updated with curriculum initiatives, development of standards and general developmental and professional issues relating to the delivery of learning in your area.
* Inspire and enthuse students about Carpentry & Joinery, passing on your skills and knowledge within the industry and helping them to achieve their full potential.
* Provide constructive feedback that clearly indicates strategies for improvement and progress against individual targets
Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer: About You
* Relevant Level 3 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery
* Extensive experience working within the industry.
* Maths & English Level 2
* Experience teaching/delivering similar curriculum in an educational setting
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Strong classroom management, communication, and IT skills.
