Senior Product Manager - What Skills You Need:
* Proven experience in the software industry, particularly within SaaS or ERP systems.
* Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
* Agile/Scrum expertise and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
* Ability to manage legacy software while prioritising requirements for future transformation.
* Strong collaboration skills with UI/UX, Development, and Test teams.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Stakeholder management experience and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Leadership potential and the ability to work closely with Senior Leadership Teams.
* Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
* Prioritise and maintain product backlogs, balancing business and customer needs.
* Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver exceptional products.
* Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather insights and feedback.
* Oversee a mix of product management and ownership tasks.
* Lead product delivery, including release planning and expectation management.
* Drive transformation of the current ERP tech stack, influencing its evolution and success.
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a proactive “doer” who thrives in hands-on roles, with the leadership potential to grow into a Head of Product or Chief Product Officer position. While strategic experience isn’t a must, your ability to lead, execute, and influence at all levels is essential.
