I play an active role in and support the delivery of the Talent Blueprint across our business to ensure there is a consistent approach to developing our people and measuring performance.
You will be responsible for
1. Actively support the Talent Manager to partner the business and land key performance initiatives
2. Partner withTechnology, People Comms, People Data, market Talent Partners and work cross functionally with key stakeholders on projects to deliver our performance strategy
3. Work with Technology to ensure a successful delivery of the your contribution technology roadmap and continuous improvement idea's from markets are reflected
4. Work and am the main point of contact for Group Talent Teams with our external supplier of the 360 feedback platform
5. Support the delivery of the performance cycle, working closely with the Group talent teams to ensure alignment across the Group
6. Work with partnering teams to embed Your Contribution and work with the Talent Manager to deploy group plans and create materials to support
7. Support running of Your Contribution NWTs and Challenger Groups
8. Responsible for tracking and monitoring of the Talent POE budget
9. Responsible for Talent team activity and team operational support e.g. meeting scheduling, action tracking etc.
10. Work with operational talent and people teams, supporting ad-hoc requests and advising on performance queries
11. Analyse Performance data and deliver insight and reports that help the business to make the right decisions about Performance
12. Continually track external Performance trends and bring ideas back to Tesco
13. Support other Talent & Performance team administration and projects as required
You will need
14. Ability to build strong working relationships
15. Confidence engaging with stakeholders
16. Energy, drive and resilience Methodical, thorough approach to research and reporting
17. Data analytics skills to to interpret and provide insight to support performance initiatives
18. Responsiveness and flexibility
19. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
20. Planning and time management
21. Good working knowledge of MS Office and Page Tiger
22. Experience in People function, designing and implementing initiatives
23. Experience in owning a project end to end

24. Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary
