Are you an experienced and passionate Fabrication and Welding professional looking to inspire the next generation of welders and fabricators? Crawley College is seeking a Lecturer in Fabrication and Welding to join our fantastic faculty and help shape the future of our students' careers.
The Department of Motor Vehicle, Fabrication & Welding at Crawley College has an excellent range of exciting courses for learners, including Welding & Fabrication. As a Lecturer in Welding & Fabrication, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and training to our motivated students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ignite their passion for the trade, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this industry.
As our Lecturer in Fabrication & Welding, you will have a proven track record in Welding & Fabrication and be an experienced and qualified lecturer, or willing to undertake your teaching degree. You will use your passion and expertise to train a wide range of learners studying Level 1 through to Level 3 including apprentices.
You will be joining the College at an exciting time, becoming part of our new Institute of Technology. These Institutes of Technology are collaborations between Further Education providers, Universities and employers. They specialise in delivering higher technical education, with the aim of addressing local and regional skills shortages in STEM subjects. A new multi-million pound facility will support cutting edge training for students on full time, part time and apprenticeship courses.
