Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (1PQE) £50-75,000 DOE Location: Thames Valley Position: Associate/Senior Associate Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join an evolving team in the Thames Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a growing practise, collaborating with a diverse range of clients, from international corporations to local charities and government entities. About the Role: As part of the Real Estate Disputes team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing expert advice on a variety of real estate issues. You will work closely with clients to help them avoid, manage, and resolve disputes effectively. Your experience will allow you to handle complex cases, including: Land sale and purchase transactions Development agreements, option, and overage provisions Rights of light and restrictive covenants Boundary disputes and trespassers Landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent reviews In addition to advising clients, you will support and supervise junior fee earners and collaborate with the property transactional, construction, and planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
