Overview
Our award-winning leading Property Services client is seeking a new Group Management Accountant due to growth. Working alongside the Group Director of Finance, you will play a key role in managing the group's finances including cash-flow, forecasting, reporting, and more. The role will also support the management of Finance Assistants and develop knowledge and accountability.

Duties Include:
* Accurate production of monthly trial balances for all group trading companies
* Monthly management accounts pack including management information, group debt collection, cash flow forecasting
* Review and reconciliation of monthly intercompany transactions and reporting
* Financial modelling for accurate data analysis
* Assist in the production of the annual budgets
* Oversee the operation of the Group's Sage 200 accounting program
* Calculate, present, reconcile and submit the quarterly Group VAT returns
* Provide monthly reconciled ledgers and Balance Sheet accounts with supporting schedules
* Reviewing and ensuring the Finance Administrators meet their tasks and KPIs
* Liaising with different business areas of the operational teams to resolve queries
Experience required:
* 3+ years hands-on experience
* ACCA/CIMA or equivalent level
* Advanced IT capability including Excel and ability to learn new systems
* Ability to follow processes and adhere to set standards
* Confident and approachable with good stakeholder management skills
* Experience of managing more junior staff and supporting development
