Langley now has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, values-led, and results-driven Head of People Operations to effectively lead the HR team; ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the organisation to deliver its strategy and mission ensuring an outstanding people experience. Reporting to the Director of People, you will be supported and will have opportunities for development and will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian leader with experience of leading prayers and devotions who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. The post holder will be based in the Coventry Office (minimum two days per week) and includes a hybrid working model with opportunities for remote working and may require some unsocial work hours. The role will include the requirement to travel throughout England to various sites and locations on planned dates, and also a satisfactory DBS check is required. This role is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £52,977 per annum. Ensure the provision of professional people services advice and guidance across all levels of the Trust, including advice on employment legislation, recruitment and selection, retention, absence management, terms, and conditions of employment, pay and equality diversity and inclusion. Ensure that the HR People Service team has effective and innovative policies, procedures and systems covering all aspects of work.
