We are looking for Independent Living Assistants to join our team at Charles Clore Court, 139 Appleford Road, RG30 3NT in Reading. As an Independent Living Assistant, you will support the tenants to live independently as possible, encouraging to take part in activities that are offered on site. Your role will involve assisting with personal care and all other tasks stipulated in the care and support plan. Working Patterns: A variety of shifts are available including mornings beginning at 7.00am, evenings finishing at 10.00pm and weekends/bank holidays.
