The Referral Head Client Care Advisor will play a key role in leading the client care team within the referral department, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients and referring practices. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the client care team, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, veterinary teams, and referral specialists. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, client communication expertise, and a strong ability to manage processes efficiently.

About Pride
Scarsdale Veterinary Group is a leading veterinary provider in the Midlands, based in Derby. We are committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care for pets, horses, and farm animals, with a focus on outstanding customer service and high-quality care. Our largest practice, Pride Veterinary Centre, is a 24/7 hospital offering both first opinion and referral care across multiple disciplines. We also operate additional veterinary practices in Derby, Nottingham, and Burton upon Trent, along with a dedicated farm and equine practice.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days per week. The days will cover shifts from 8:00am-6:00pm including a 30-minute lunch break.
