Band 6 Creative Therapist/CAMHS Practitioner
We are looking for a Full time Band 6 Creative Therapist/CAMHS practitioner to join our innovative and friendly Emotional Health Service in our established schools programme team.
About the role
This position is part of the CAMHS Trailblazer Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in Kingston, which has been active since January 2022. The team currently includes four Educational Wellbeing Practitioners (EWPs), a CAMHS Creative Practitioner, a CAMHS Mental Health Clinician, and a part-time Clinical Lead. We are now seeking to expand the team by adding a CAMHS Practitioner. This role involves conducting assessments and delivering high-quality, low to moderate-level interventions to children and families in both group and 1:1 settings. Additionally, the role includes providing workshops and support for parents, as well as offering consultations, support, and training to school staff.
If you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Craig Brennan-Osment Clinical Lead for the MHST Kingston wave 1 for an informal discussion.
