Main purpose of the job: To provide a comprehensive and high-quality support service to the schools to improve overall school attendance. This role will involve tracking attendance data, addressing attendance-related issues, and implementing strategies to improve attendance rates. The main contacts of the job include the Attendance team, SLT Attendance Lead, Headteachers, wider SLT, teaching staff, other support staff, students, parents, and external support services.
