Define scopes, manage budgets, and ensure quality deliverables by collaborating with internal and external teams. Use your analytical skills to develop creative engineering solutions, evaluating options to recommend the best approach. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and excellence. Lead the design, assessment, and maintenance of structural projects, providing multi-disciplinary input on complex projects. Spearhead bids, win new work, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. Proven experience in design, maintenance, and supervision of structural projects, with a knack for creative, efficient design and management. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across various engineering disciplines. Excellent project management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate diverse contract types, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Why Choose Us? Here, you’re more than an employee—you’re part of a community that values quality, innovation, and flexibility. We offer a supportive culture where your career thrives alongside work-life balance.
