The Executive Chef and his team have strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu features traditional favourites alongside a range of contemporary dishes, with seasonal updates.
Role Overview
Our client seeks an experienced Chef de Partie capable of maintaining and surpassing the existing 2AA Rosette award.
Main Duties
1. Follow daily procedures
2. Plan the daily running of kitchen sections
3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
4. Perform quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
Requirements
1. Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment
2. Passion and creative flair
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services
5. Experience leading a section and being a strong team player
6. Bring fresh ideas and experience
