The position involves working within the Project Sales Team across the Midlands area. The position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Management: Oversee the sales process from initial opportunity to project completion. Manage the commercial aspects of projects during the sales phase. Client Relations: Actively engage with clients, including attending site/client meetings. Build and maintain relationships with Electrical Installation and Panel Contractors. Work closely with Regional Managers and the Operations Team for project success. Identify and proactively address potential client challenges, offering customized solutions. Candidate Attributes Strong relationship-building skills, both externally and internally. Excellent communicator and collaborator across customers, colleagues, and managers. Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making. Financial and commercial awareness. Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
