This role supports the delivery of product success and excellent client service through administrative and project-based tasks. Experience:
Previous experience in buying administration, assistant buying, or a similar support role within a commercial or retail-focused team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the Commercial Lead
Organise samples and manage logistics for sample distribution
Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation
Support retail client management and meeting preparation
Coordinate with suppliers for quotes and samples
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain accurate records in project management tools
Collaborate with design, buying, and QA teams
Assist with product spec sheets and seasonal range planning
Support travel and meeting logistics as required
