Role Description
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We seek individuals who can work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued.
Essential qualities include friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, effective communication skills (listening, verbal communication, eye contact), and the ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
