Quantity Surveyor - Permanent - Main Contractor - Birmingham - Civil Engineering Your new company You will be joining a multi-sector contractor based in Birmingham operating across the power, renewable energy, civil and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your new role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value Managing subcontractor accounts Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans Managing subcontractor tender processes Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have: Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level Good working knowledge of JCT, NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts Sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
