Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver bespoke learning programmes to young people on a 1:1 basis Use your expertise to create engaging learning for those with SEN and SEMH needs Work with young people in their homes, libraries & other suitable environments Provide social, emotional and academic support What you need to be considered At least 2 years’ experience supporting young people who have SEN & SEMH needs Experience of de-escalating challenging behaviour Unwavering commitment to safeguarding and making a difference Your own vehicle (fuel is covered) and willingness to travel across Oxfordshire Benefits You will have the autonomy to support young people in innovative ways £15 allowance per session for resources Travel expenses covered at 45p per mile Sessions, travel and planning time are all included in your hours (42.5 per week, Monday - Friday) Access to our Employee Benefits Platform, including store discounts and counselling support.
