An established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Kent is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly alongside their Quantity Surveying Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will step into a leadership position, guiding and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors through their APC and supporting their overall professional development. Alongside this, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse project portfolio, including office fit-out, healthcare, private and volume residential, and local authority developments, from inception to completion.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
1. MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
2. A successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion
3. UK Consultancy / Cost Management experience
4. Able to commute in and around Kent
5. Good communication skills
6. Experience or a desire to help manage other quantity surveyors
