We do things a little bit differently at Sewell Wallis.
We believe that empowering our employees, trusting them to deliver strong outcomes and recognising them for their hard work is the best way to run our business.
Our staff stick around; our average tenure is around 6 years, and many of our staff have been promoted through the business.
We let people manage their own desks the way they want to, and we work with you to steer your career in the direction you’d like.
We hire people because we like them and we see their potential, and that doesn’t change after you’ve started.
As a Consultant with Sewell Wallis, you will develop long term relationships with candidates and clients. You will also be responsible for conducting initial screenings, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating interviews with clients. You’ll need to be an effective communicator and driven to build trusting relationships to ensure success.
