SALARY: £48,031 - £51,036 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid role – working at least one day from the office in Stanmore, North West London (HA7), and the remaining time from home, with travel to other sites as needed

DUTIES
Your duties as a People Business Partner will include:
Leadership Partnership & People Strategy:
* Partner with senior leaders and managers to identify business drivers and people challenges, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
* Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and future organisational needs.
People Services Expertise:
* Offer comprehensive support on People Services commitments, including reward and recognition systems and employee well-being programs.
* Ensure timely completion of cyclical People Services activities, providing support and oversight to leadership and management.
Organisational Development & Change:
* Lead organisational redesign projects, support cultural change, and coach managers on complex people-related challenges.
Centre of Expertise Leadership:
* Act as the Trust's lead on a designated expertise area, developing policies and practices related to EDI, mental health, or employee value proposition.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Oversee the Assistant People Business Partner, fostering their development and supporting the broader People Services team.
* Work closely with the People Services Leadership team to deliver the Trust’s strategy, keeping up to date with best practices and regulatory changes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience working in an HR generalist role.
* Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop people solutions to complex people challenges.
* Experience in supporting managers in all areas of people matters.
* Experience in developing/updating policies.
* Sound working knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation.
