Responsibilities
1. Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice
2. Understand various pieces of robotic equipment, ensuring they are running at peak performance
3. Robot programming and all troubleshooting
4. Perform all touch point functions involved in operation of robotic welder
5. Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment
6. Fully satisfy production schedules to the correct quality level and within the specified time scale
7. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader
8. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
9. Monitor products to ensure they meet customer specifications, taking corrective action when necessary
About You
* Robotic welding experience or knowledge within a manufacturing sector
* Strong understanding of robot control interface with ancillary equipment
* A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to remain focused on quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

* 5 hours per week
* 0600-1400
* 1400-2200
* 2200-0600
