Behaviour Support Coach – Role Information:
1. Providing 1:1 academic, social and emotional support to Year 11 students
2. Being patient, understanding and responsive to students needs
3. Creating professional rapport with students
4. Located in Kidderminster area (DY10)
5. Monday to Friday position – 08.30am to 15.30pm working hours
6. Paid £87 per day during term-time only before tax
7. Multiple online CPD courses available – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health

Behaviour Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:
9. Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Education Studies graduate
10. Strong academic background
11. Prior experience working with children or adolescents
12. Passionate about supporting students in education
13. Good organisation and communication skills
14. Ability to build and develop rapport with students
