What You'll Be Doing:
* Campaign Mastermind: You’ll plan, execute, and optimise large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other digital channels—basically making the internet bow to your will.
* Budget Big Shot: With a daily advertising spend of £150k in your hands, you’ll ensure every penny is spent with precision, delivering maximum ROI.
* Data-Driven Wizardry: You’ll dive deep into the data (CPA, CPL, ROAS, you name it), identify trends, and make smarter-than-smart decisions to drive continuous improvement.
* Creative Guru: Working alongside our top-tier creative team, you’ll run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to unlock new levels of performance.
* Reporting Ninja: You’ll create performance reports so detailed, they’ll leave stakeholders speechless, highlighting the success and opportunities for optimization.
* Scaling Expert: You’ll have an eagle eye for campaigns that are primed for scaling, ensuring every campaign reaches its full potential while keeping performance metrics on point.
* Cross-Platform Strategist: You’ll ensure seamless collaboration between Google and Facebook campaigns, with consistent brand messaging and optimised budget allocation.
* Trend Tracker: You’ll stay ahead of the game by keeping up with platform changes, algorithm updates, and all the shiny new marketing tech out there.
How to Know If You're the One
If the following sounds like you, we want to hear from you:
* Experienced? You've got 4-5 years of battle-tested performance marketing experience under your belt, and you’ve been playing with big budgets—£100k+ per day on Facebook and Google Ads.
* Analytical Ace: You eat data for breakfast and are well-versed in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker, or similar platforms.
* Budget Boss: You’ve managed and optimised large-scale budgets like it’s second nature, delivering mind-blowing, cost-effective results.
* Data Devotee: You’re highly skilled at using data to make decisions, and you know your way around Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation tools (even better if you’re a pro at them).
* Results-Driven Dynamo: You’ve got a track record that screams success, with tangible business results to back it up.
* A/B Testing Expert: You can design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests like a champ.
