A well-established Catholic Girls' Secondary School in Southwark, London, seeks a highly motivated and qualified Design & Technology (D&T) Teacher to join its dedicated faculty. This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in September 2024. Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and stimulating D&T lessons across the curriculum, fostering a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills. Develop and implement a rigorous D&T curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, encouraging innovation and critical thinking. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students achieve their full potential. Play an active role in the D&T department's development, including curriculum planning, resource creation, and collaborating with colleagues on departmental initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Possession of a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design & Technology is essential.
