- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

- Childhood trauma or complex learning requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of six months' teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other additional needs.
