Position: Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
Dates: 12th - 23rd of August 2024
Hours: 08:30 - 12:30 Monday to Friday
Rate: £12 per hour
Quality Personnel are currently looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator for our lovely client based in Bedford.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Answering the phone
2. Signing in visitors
3. Issuing badges to temporary members of staff
4. Monitoring cameras
5. Taking the fruit & milk delivery and distributing to the different floors of the building
6. Booking hotels for staff members
7. Managing the post
8. Managing car charging ports
9. Organising buffet orders
10. Managing gym bookings
