Ideal opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to begin their journey into Management as our Team Leader.
Earls Lodge is a good rated Residential / Dementia Home with an established reputation with the Local Authority and the local community. The Home is part of multi award winning Care Provider, Strong Life Care.
You will be responsible for working with the Management Team to build upon the high standards expected in the delivery of person centred care, assisting with governance monitoring, auditing, quality spot checks and ensuring that the Senior Care Assistants are developed to a high standard.
You will receive complete support to develop your own skills, and training will be provided to help with progression.
