Corporate Case Administrator
My client is a reputable and leading Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn, who are currently seeking a Corporate Case Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-time permanent position.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £ (dependant on experience)
Job Purpose:
Responsibility for managing the portfolio of corporate cases comprising mainly of CVLs.
Essential Criteria:
* 2 years insolvency experience essential.
* Ability to read detailed and complex documents including financial statements
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work to tight deadlines.
* Able to use their own initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Insolvency Practitioner with the preparation of documents, from initial advice through to the completion of the case.
* Ensuring all cases are compliant in accordance with SIPs and current legislative frameworks.
* Managing and developing direct reports to enhance their knowledge and skills to drive continuous improvement within the Company
* Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ability to work independently whilst co-ordinating office duties and responsibilities.
* Dealing with correspondence and telephone enquiries varying in complexity.
* Undertaking statutory investigation work for submission of conduct reports.
* Liaising with agents regarding asset realisation as required.
* Ensuring that IPS diaries are maintained
* Maintaining records of chargeable time spent on case work.
* Attending and assisting at meetings both in and out of the office when required.
* Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Producing case statistics as and when required.
* Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of the Directors
* Working under pressure and having the ability to work quickly and accurately
* Ensuring all policies and procedures followed
