We are looking for an experienced leader to manage new teams whose central purpose is to continuously improve all aspects of water company regulation. The team will face an individual water company and work alongside a network of colleagues in national and local teams.

You will need to demonstrate your ability to lead and coach the new teams through cultural and business change while maintaining their health, safety, and wellbeing, supporting them to develop and managing ways of working to ensure we meet the needs of the future.
As a Regulatory Manager you will have an externally facing role and be required to establish and maintain relationships. This will require a detailed understanding of our partners and customers, needed to address events/situations that threaten serious damage to the environment, and of the relevant water company at strategic leadership level.
