Responsibilities

2. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
4. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
6. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
8. Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
6. A genuine interest in customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for clients.
