Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen. Due to the location of the business it is essential you have access to your own transport BENEFITS - On site parking Open office environment DUTIES - Answering phones and directing calls Handling incoming mail and distributing documents Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable Maintaining office staff and equipment Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings Preparing meeting rooms REQUIREMENTS - You must be fluent with Microsoft Packages including Excel Proven experience in administration or reception is essential Excellent organisation and time-management skills Hours are Monday- Friday 7.30am- 2pm. This role is temporary ongoing with a view to be made permanent
