Our super client, with offices based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails. updating CRM system. preparing and processing invoices, preparing reports, tenders and quotations, booking travel and accommodation, arranging staff training, diary management, arranging service, MOT's and repair for fleet, stock ordering and other ad hoc administrative duties. To be considered for the role of Office Administrator, you will have at least two years recent experience working in a varied administrative role, you will be great at multitasking and will have superb communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be PC literate and proficient in both Microsoft Word & Excel. Own transport is essential for this role.
