Overview We are recruiting for a Performance Planning Manager who can blend digital cross-channel media planning, campaign activation and overall account coordination and client servicing in the UK Haleon Expert team. This includes a focus on the development of best in class GB&I media plans along with seamless activation and proof of value through effective measurement frameworks. This person will be supported by an offshore activation team. Responsibilities Responsibilities - Planning, Insights and Reporting - Develop detailed channel media plans applying EU strategy, learnings, optimisations and best practice - Ensuring that all channels are briefed with sufficient budgets and manage delivery - Working with media partners in local markets to ensure quality and efficiencies are maintained - Ensuring the highest quality is maintained across the activation teams, as well as summarising bi-weekly reporting into digestible insights and recommendations Account & Stakeholder Management - Day to day client contact and conduit between planning and activation team - Work collaboratively with creative agency partners on fulfilling media plan creative requirements - Digital representative for client meetings supported by activation team where necessary Qualifications - Previous experience within an activation or planning team, either at Senior Executive or Manager level - Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations - Understanding of all digital media channels, as well as knowledge of biddable platforms - Meta, LinkedIn, DV360 and SA360 - Demonstrates the ability to cultivate strong relationships with creative agencies and media partners - Strong digital experience and knowledge of KPIs, optimization metrics and campaign reporting particularly in search, social and programmatic Additional Information Spark has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
