We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker - Respite Service to join the team at Lincolnshire Respite Service - Swallow Lodge based in Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ.
Salary: £12.00 hourly

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will embody our core values while providing exceptional care and unwavering support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behavior that challenges.
Your role will involve:
1. Providing personal care.
2. Administering medication.
3. Assisting with domestic tasks.
With your kind and compassionate heart, you will create an environment of warmth and care that makes service users feel seen and valued.
Qualifications
No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required for this role. On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
