Senior Secretary/Personal Assistant, NEW Job Opportunity working for our client Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Knockbracken health care park.
Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The rate of pay will be £12.86 per hour and will start immediately. This is a temporary position expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
The main duties for the will include:
* Diary management - Organise meeting and book venues
* Provide secretarial support to the Ambulance Service Area manager and Station Offic
* Use of computerised systems
* All general administration duties
* Protecting confidential information
* Minute taking and audio typing
What We Need From You
* 5 GCSEs a grade C or above including Maths and English
* 2 Years recent experience in an Administrative / Secretarial position
* Experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
