Marble Talent are currently seeking a HVAC Technical Manager to be based in Andover.
The role will support the commercial team in delivering HVAC projects to maximize revenue, enhance our sales credibility, and ensure high-quality execution.
Working with field sales and the internal engineering team to deliver tailored solutions for each project. These solutions may include heating from commercial boilers (100kW to 2000kW) or portable heaters, and cooling from air-cooled chillers (5kW to 1000kW) or portable air conditioning. The role will be based in Andover, however there will be client and site visits required.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage technical site and customer relations.
2. Assist field teams in delivering HVAC projects.
3. Attend site surveys and help design temporary chiller and cooling solutions.
4. Provide technical support to engineers.
5. Prepare detailed quotes and RAMS documents.
6. Foster team spirit and lead by example.
7. Promote effective communication among management, office staff, and on-site teams.
8. Ensure smooth coordination between sales and technical teams for RAMS and quotes.
9. Support high-standard RAMS documentation and health and safety compliance.
10. Maintain technical standards and operational policies from site survey to off-hire.
11. Plan and manage specific installation projects.
Requirements:
1. Recognized Health and Safety training.
2. Proven customer satisfaction track record.
3. Practical knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems.
4. Knowledge of quality assurance systems.
5. Excellent people management skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Full driving license.
8. Gas qualification and experience.
9. F Gas experience.
