The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning and provision of specialist nursing, advice and carries out specialist nursing procedures. Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Independently manage a group of patients within the speciality whilst working as part of the multi-disciplinary team, delivering specialist individualised and personalised direct patient care.

Assist the Tissue Viability Specialist Lead to maintain and improve current pathways.
Participate in Audit as required. Audits require evaluating the impact of Local and National strategies, staff training and awareness.
To assist others with the continued evaluation of the service ensuring key National and organisational guidance are incorporated and embedded.
Interpret information and take appropriate action whilst leading others to do the same.
Lead on and participate in key developments relating to specialty so that high quality patient focused services are promoted.
