Your Responsibilities:
7. Comply with the company Life of Site processes.
8. Ensure all drawings and details are accurate and commercially suitable throughout the design and construction phase stages.
9. Co-ordinate and chair design team meetings with internal and external participants
10. Attend and contribute to progress meetings on site as required.
11. Co-ordinate the planning process where required and review planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on site
12. Agree construction specification, SAP and bream strategy for the project
13. Coordinate the submission of a Building Control application and supporting documentation
14. Liaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant Technicalmatters

Required Skills:
16. Proven working experience in Architecture / Civil Engineering
17. Previous experience in Residential Housing sector
18. Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control regulatory approvals including all section agreements (section 38 & section 104 designs)
19. Full Current UK Driving Licence
20. Project management and supervision skills
21. Thorough, with strong attention to detail
22. Ability to confidently challenge decisions made by others
23. Quick and eager to learn, with a focus on continuous development
24. Proficient in MS Office programmes
25. To have a positive,flexible, andanalyticalapproach to work, integrate with the existing team and provide support and guidance to others when required
26. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise and co-ordinate activities between departments
