Customer Service Agent – Nationwide Service Provider – Avonmouth, Bristol – Salary: £26,500 – £32,000 + 20 days holiday + bank + pension + life assurance
A nationwide service provider to the vehicle fleet industry, with an enviable reputation spanning 50 years, is now seeking Customer Service Agents to join its existing call centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.
We are also recruiting for Customer Service Agents in Leighton Buzzard.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will work a 4 days on 4 off shift basis. You will be responsible for responding to volume vehicle breakdown enquiries in a timely manner, logging detailed breakdown reports on the internal call logging system and ensuring all breakdowns and defects are processed, despatched and updated in line with service level agreements.
To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a fast-paced, high-volume call centre or customer service capacity, possess strong customer communication skills, be a competent user of computers and be proficient with Word and Excel.
