Reed Business Support are currently working with a leading distributor with over 30 years’ in their industry who are based in Middlesbrough, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Benefits: • Working Monday – Thursday – 8:15 – 16:45 and on a Friday 8:15 – 16:00• 25 days A/L plus BH• Pension• Free onsite car parking• Tea and coffee provided• Full product training given• Office based role Main duties: Receiving customer orders via email / phone Inputting orders onto the CRM system Processing sales orders from a varied customer base Allocating purchase order numbers against invoices Answering inbound calls Dealing with order progress queries Dealing with general pricing queries Providing quotations on request Opening post/email and passing them to the correct departments The successful candidate will be/have: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), use of CRM software Previous sales administration experience is desirable Working to deadlines Able to multi-task Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Interviews to take place Thursday and Friday this week for a January 2025 start What are you waiting for?
