Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, alternating weekly between:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 08:20 to 17:00.
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 08:20 to 18:00, and Friday, 08:20 to 12:30.
Role Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
* Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, account status, and other concerns.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and address queries effectively.
* Support clients and identify potential sales opportunities.
* Assist with sales by providing information on products.
* Process payments and analyze customer queries and trends.
* Perform administrative duties and collaborate with team members and internal departments.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a similar or customer-facing role, sales experience, and experience working in busy environments.
