The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between our client and their accounts, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction across every project. You’ll manage a variety of print campaigns, including marketing print, some large format as well as promotional merchandise campaigns. You will work closely with clients to ensure best practices, maintain project timelines, and achieve KPIs and SLAs. You’ll also hold responsibility for the profitability of each campaign, ensuring all projects are completed on budget and on time.
What We’re Looking For
We need an Account Manager who is not only tenacious, driven, and professional but also highly experienced in finding creative ways to add value to client accounts. Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of print. Would also be advantageous if you have experience in Promotional Merchandise
- A proven track record in Client Services and Account Management
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, as you’ll be overseeing multiple projects
- Familiarity with MIS, Word, and Excel
- Innovative problem-solving skills to meet client requirements and enhance campaign success
