Seeking a Client Relationship Manager for one of the UK's largest visitor attractions in London.
This is Maternity Cover Contract - Minimum of 6 months starting in April.
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata

About the role of Client Relationship Manager:
As the Client Services Manager you will be the go-to person for all permanent licensees across the restaurants and F&B outlets on site. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring each restaurant and F&B outlet is following their lease agreements and following the tenancy handbook. Be the point of call for any issues that need escalating to the in-house teams. Communicate all upcoming events to each unit to communicate a higher footfall is likely so they can manage rotas.
This role requires someone who is able to build strong relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders. Has a positive, proactive 'can-do attitude' and a methodical approach with attention to detail. If you have an operational background that would be an advantage with an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and Facilities operations (power, waste etc), ideally in the hospitality environment.
